I&#8217;m feeling great today because <a href=\"http:\/\/connect.garmin.com\/activity\/132097240\" target=\"_blank\">I totally smashed it<\/a> on Yarra Boulevard this morning. Okay, so 1:12:50 is probably really slow for two laps and most guys could do three or even four laps in that time but it&#8217;s a PB (personal best) for me and I&#8217;m feeling pretty good about my efforts this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Funny how putting a new saddle &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/fizik.com\/product.aspx?c=VESTA\" target=\"_blank\">black Fi&#8217;zi:k Vesta with K:ium rails<\/a> &#8211; on and getting some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rapha.cc\/womens-shorts-1\" target=\"_blank\">spiffy new shorts from Rapha<\/a> has led to an improvement in my attitude.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Things are getting better on the bike.
